Instagram DM Data & Hermes Agent
How It Works: When you send a direct message to @inboundOS on Instagram, our Hermes agent (an AI qualification system) reads your message to determine if your business profile and goals align with our service offering.
What We Collect: The content of your DM, your Instagram profile information (publicly visible), and your response patterns.
What We Do With It: Hermes uses your DM content to qualify leads, route inquiries to the appropriate team member, and personalize follow-up communications. Your data is used to assess fit with InboundOS services and determine next steps.
Data Storage: DM conversations are stored in our internal systems for a minimum of 90 days post-engagement for reference, dispute resolution, and analytics. Longer retention may apply if a service agreement is executed.
Third-Party Access: Hermes is an internal system operated by InboundOS. Your DM data is not shared with third parties except as required for payment processing (e.g., Stripe for invoicing) or legal compliance.
Your Control: You can delete DMs at any time from Instagram. To request deletion of stored data from our systems, email mickocruz333@gmail.com.
AI Processing & Claude Integration
How We Use AI: InboundOS uses Claude (an AI model made by Anthropic) to process your business information and generate customized deliverables, including automation workflows, email scripts, cold outreach sequences, and agent configurations.
What Information Is Processed: Your business name, revenue, pain points, goals, target customer profile (ICP), and operational details may be sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate relevant content.
Anthropic's Privacy Practices: Anthropic operates under its own privacy policy and terms of service. API data sent to Claude may be retained for security, abuse prevention, and service improvement purposes, subject to Anthropic's policies. Review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details.
Sensitive Data: We do not send your payment information, full name, or personal contact details to Claude unless absolutely necessary for generating a specific deliverable. You can request data not be sent to AI systems by noting this in your service agreement.
Your Consent: By engaging our services, you consent to the processing of your business information with AI systems to deliver customized workflows and content.
SMS Messaging & TCPA Compliance
Opt-In & Consent: We send SMS messages only to numbers where we have received explicit, documented consent. All opt-in timestamps and confirmation records are maintained in our database. Compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is a legal requirement we strictly follow.
Message Content & Frequency: SMS messages include service updates, project confirmations, lead qualification follow-ups, educational content, and promotional offers related to InboundOS services. Message frequency varies based on your engagement level and preferences.
Opt-Out & STOP: To unsubscribe from all SMS messages, reply "STOP" to any message. We will send a final confirmation within 24 hours and cease all messages. You may re-opt-in at any time by providing explicit written consent.
Support & HELP: Reply "HELP" to any SMS to receive assistance. You can also contact us directly at mickocruz333@gmail.com for SMS support inquiries.
Carrier Rates & Delays: Standard SMS and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed, undelivered, or incorrectly delivered messages. InboundOS is not responsible for carrier-side failures.
Data Sharing: Your phone number and SMS consent data are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS providers used for message delivery operate under confidentiality agreements and are strictly limited to message transmission functions.
Third-Party Sharing & Data Processors
We Do NOT Sell Your Data: InboundOS does not sell, rent, trade, or lease your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

Breach Notification: If a security breach occurs that compromises your personal information, we will notify you via email or phone within 30 days, as required by applicable laws.
